From above list and some of other data of various brands desktop detail I found that:
Dell lowest price model with required specification is: Dell 560s inspiron” which is available at Rs. 22784
For Lenovo brand: is “Lenovo ideacenter C200” which available at Rs. 20999
And for HP brand is HP Compaq CQ3500 ix- Rs. 20913
So from above I had select desktop of HP brand which is available at 20913 rs.

“CANON 2900 laser” and it price is Rs.5700 /unit.
“Dell 1050” and it price is 5800 /unit.
SOFTWARE PACKAGE:
For software package…Window vista Bussiness software package is available at 5000-5600 rs. So I had taken its price at 5300 RS.
For window 7 can available at 4500-5500 so I had taken 5000 RS. For its price.
There is also software package of SUN STAR office which available at RS. 5000.
And IBM lotus suit software available at RS. 3999 so I had select this software for solution.
v If we calculate the lowest cost of the desktop system we take each component which has lowest price:-
